All orders placed are subject to product availability.
If an item within your order is out of stock at the time of your purchase, we will ship the available items first.
The remaining items will be shipped separately once they become available, at no additional shipping cost for the separate shipment.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are a flat rate of Rs. 249, including handling charges.

These shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery Timeframes
Karachi: Next-day delivery is available exclusively for Karachi.
Other Locations:
- Orders outside Karachi are delivered within 24 to 48 working hours.
- Delivery will not exceed 5 working days under any circumstances.

- The delivery location and destination region.
- The method of delivery selected at checkout.

Please note that your order may be shipped in multiple packages to ensure faster delivery of available items.

Order Delivery and Damage Claims
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
